Mike was very professional. The other realtor arrived late (no apology), was very disorganized, and seem to be distracting her client. She was rude and dismissive. I am really glad she was not our realtor. The seller was emotional about the sale and broke down at one time and Mike got her tissues. Just the mark of not missing anything.
